২. পাঠৰ সাৰাংশ (Lesson Summary)
English:
This lesson is presented as a vibrant play in seven scenes celebrating the warmth and joy of Rongali Bihu. Rumi and her brother Bubu wake up with excitement on Bihu morning. Dressed in beautiful traditional Bihu attire, they join their friends Minki, Suman, and Jumi to perform Husori in the neighborhood. They visit Minati jethai’s house first, singing traditional Bihu blessings. While Minati jethai presents offerings on a bota, Bubu suddenly realizes that he is not wearing his gamosa—a precious Bihu gift from his beloved grandmother (aita). Seeing Bubu distressed, his kind friend Suman lends him an extra gamosa. The troupe then performs at Jivan khura’s house and enjoys delicious pithas and jalpan. Throughout the day, Bubu worries about his mother’s reaction to the lost gift, but his friends stand in solidary support. Finally, when they return home nervously, their mother greets them with a warm smile and holds up the missing gamosa—Bubu had accidentally left it on the sorai before leaving! Relieved and happy, everyone enjoys Bihu delicacies together, learning that the gamosa is a true thread of love, tradition, and family bond.
